The build quality and design of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Sedan are exceptional. It offers a refined and luxurious driving experience but the intricate steering wheel controls, touchpads, and touchscreens may overwhelm the users who are not very tech proficient. Despite putting tons of effort into understanding the voice command systems and navigation, I found them very confusing, leading to occasional inconsistency and frustration in functionality. If you can forget about the cumbersome technology part then every aspect of this car will impress you.
