With my pro-level riding ability and at my weight of 170 pounds, I can say confidently that in the engine department, there’s no shortage of power. Its nimble handling and smooth power have won my heart. I have even ridden it on slippery, hard-packed trails and through mud holes after a rain, and I was amazed as the CRF450R was still easy to control, and it rode right through. The only issue I had with this bike was stiff compression that, at times, can hurt your foot in case you’re not wearing racing boots, and it puts holes in your shoe soles.
