I do not regret getting the Yamaha MT-03 as my first naked bike. Its extremely versatile to say the least. I use it for commuting to work during the weekdays and for hanging out with friends, fellow motorcycle enthusiasts, during the weekends. It handles winding roads in the provincial areas confidently and smoothly. On the open provincial roads, its engine offers punchy yet non-intimidating power delivery. Meanwhile, in the city, it is also flickable through tight traffic despite its weight and aggressive styling. However, I wish it had more electronic rider aids for its price. But, other than that, the MT-03 definitely delivers in all the necessary areas.
