In the four years of ownership, Yamaha Super Ténéré has never let me down. This doesn't mean this bike is absolutely trouble-free, but the issues are so minor that I don't even want to emphasize them. It has an excellent mid-range allowing me to cruise at speed, haul all the gear I want, and run back roads with ease. And the best thing is that I can do all this while getting 40+ miles per gallon. This bike is perfect for exploring beyond the pavement and for superior long-distance adventure touring. In low-speed maneuvers, riding this bike is not that enjoyable.
