2018 Philippine International Motor Show to open its gates on October 24

MANILA: The 2018 Philippine International Motor Show will take place from October 24 to October 28, 2018. This information has been revealed by the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc. (CAMPI), which is responsible for organizing the country’s famous automotive exhibition. The World Trade Center in Pasay City has been confirmed to be the venue for PIMS 2018.

This year will mark the 7th iteration of the Philippine International Motor Show. All major manufacturers and distributors present in the country’s automotive market are expected to showcase their products and services during the 5-day event. Brands who have confirmed their participation for PIMS 2018 include BAIC, BMW, Daewoo, Foton, Honda, Isuzu, Jaguar Land Rover, Kia, Mahindra & Mahindra, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Suzuki, Tata Motors, Toyota, and Volkswagen.

The 2018 Philippine International Motor Show will be organized under the ‘Future Mobility’ theme. As a result, the aforementioned manufacturers are expected to unveil and showcase various advanced technologies and products that have the potential to disrupt the automotive industry in the near future. Additionally, visitors will be able to have a close look on new car launches, take test drives, join car clubs, and experience vehicle demonstrations.

There will also be opportunities for purchasing vehicle parts and accessories at the motor show. In order to motivate families to visit the auto expo, the organizers have even established some fun games and activities for kids, along with a few special performances throughout the week.
