Geely Auto secures P1.5-trillion in revenue for H1 2026
Exports in H1 2026 climbed to 474K units
MANILA: Geely Auto has reported that it saw a record-high revenue of RMB 173.6 billion for the first half of 2026. That’s around P1.592 trillion at current exchange rates and is equivalent to a 15 percent growth compared to the first half of 2025.

In total, the company's exports have surged by 158 percent for H1 2026, with a volume of 474,000 units rolled out to other parts of the world. This figure has surpassed the company’s H1 2025 export volume of 420,000 units.

On that note, Geely Auto has raised its 2026 total export target from 640,000 to 920,000 units. To achieve this, the Chinese conglomerate will leverage its partnership-led global strategy together with the Renault Group, Ford, as well as Proton and Volvo Cars, over which Geely holds ownership at 78 percent and 49.9 percent, respectively.

Thanks to these strong sales figures, Geely Auto’s gross margin rose by 17.9 percent, while its core profit per vehicle rose by 45 percent year-on-year.
Notably, Geely Auto’s funding reserve now stands at RMB 69.56 billion, or around P630 billion.
Geely PH: latest launches
The two latest models Geely Philippines has launched this year are the EX2 and the EX5 EM-i. Of the two, the Geely EX5 EM-i was launched earlier back in March 2026 with a suggested retail price of P1.288 million for the Pro and P1.468 million for the top-spec Max.
Photo by Cesar Guiderone MiguelePropelling the Geely EX5 EM-i is a 1.5-liter engine linked to an electric motor. On its own, the model’s combustion component can put out 97 horsepower (hp). Its electric motor, meanwhile, can put out 214 hp and 262 Newton-meters of torque.
The EM-i version of the Geely EX5 is a hybrid with an all-electric range of 83 kilometers (km) and a combined range of 943 km, according to the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicle Test Procedure.

For propulsion, the Geely EX2 uses a rear-mounted single-motor setup producing up to 114 hp and 150 Nm of torque. It also has a range of 395 km and direct-current (DC) fast-charging capability.
