Isuzu D-Max is Company Car & Van’s Pickup of the Year 2022

MANILA: The Isuzu D-Max was hailed as the Pickup of the Year for 2022 by the Company Car & Van magazine. The award was presented at the Isuzu UK headquarters in Birmingham.

Company Car & Van is a motoring magazine aimed at managers of small to medium fleets, as well as company directors who have the authority to make purchasing decisions and influence the make-up of their company’s vehicle fleet.

In a statement, Company Car & Van Editor and Publisher Andrew Walker said, “Whilst other pick-up manufacturers have shied away from the sector, Isuzu are to be congratulated on not only launching a new model but a massively improved one to boot. This new D-Max not only looks & drives better than before; it now features class-leading safety, on-trend tech, a far better passenger experience & also does most of what a pick-up is supposed to do. Furthermore, the amount of choice across a range of single, extended & double cab models means that there's a D-Max priced for everyone.”

Among the notable features of the Isuzu D-Max are the wipe-clean vinyl floor covering, hard-wearing cloth upholstery, automatic headlights, windscreen wipers, heated front seats, rear parking sensors, and 18-inch silver alloy wheels.

It is also equipped with SUV-like features such as keyless entry and push-button start system, dual-zone climate control, reversing camera, nine-inch multimedia system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, and eight-speaker sound system.
