Isuzu PH opens new dealership in Southern Luzon

MANILA: Isuzu PH Corporation (IPC) is all set to start a new dealership in Southern Luzon region, precisely at Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. On the 10th of October 2018, IPC signed an MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) with Mina de Oro Motors Inc (MOD). This is an attempt by the brand to make the top-notch Isuzu products and services easily accessible to everyone across the length and breadth of the Philippines.

During the signing, key personalities from both the Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) and Mina de Oro Motors (MDO) were present. Hajime Koso and Shojiro Sakoda, who are the President and Executive Vice President of Isuzu Philippines Corporation, respectively, represented the Isuzu PH brand. From the Mina de Oro Motors’ side, Daniel Uy & Julius Cesar Perez, MDO President and Corporate Secretary, respectively, were there to sign the agreement.

The Agreement clearly states that an Isuzu dealership will be established along Km. 9 of the Nautical Highway at Puting Tubig district in Calapan City. This will be the address of a new dealership in the Southern Luzon province. This Japanese auto brand enjoys the status of being the major assembler and seller of trucks and commercial vehicles in the Philippines.

This new Isuzu dealership will be spread over a total area measuring around 5,462 square meters. There is also a plan to establish this dealership with six service bays; among which two will be set up for commercial vehicles (CVs) and the remaining four for light commercial vehicles (LCVs). The brand has been a consistent top performer in the commercial car segment in the country.

The new home of Isuzu dealership is primarily an agricultural area but it flaunts a robust market scope for both the brands commercial and light commercial vehicles. This upcoming dealership in this region will help the local customers based here to easily access popular Isuzu vehicle models, genuine auto parts, and avail post-sale services as well.
