Jaguar Land Rover reveals performance-oriented Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition

MANILA: JLR has revealed a performance-oriented version of the Range Rover Velar, the latest SUV from the auto gaint. This performance-oriented variant is termed as the Range Rover Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition.

It is equipped with a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 mill developed by the Special Vehicle Operations of Jaguar Land Rover. The motor can make up to 549 PS of power. With this, the SUV can speed up from 0 to 100 kmph in just 4.5 seconds.

It features an all-wheel-drive system, which is modified for extra power from the engine. To suit the new powerful motor, the 8-speed auto gearbox, active rear locking differential, and air suspension are re-tuned. The exhaust has been improved for higher engine sound.

The all-new Range Rover Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition comes with a new front bumper and the air intakes have become larger. The brakes get shiny red callipers. The grille is all-new, the rear bumper and quad exhaust outlets are updated.

The Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition rides on 21-inch forged aluminium wheels. However, there is also an option of 22-inch units. There is an exclusive color option for the new Velar - Satin Byron Blue.

On inside, there are some modifications done as well. It includes perforated, twin-stitched, and quilted Windsor leather seats. The front seats are 20-way electrically adjustable with heating, cooling, and massage functions. There is also a sports steering wheel with aluminium gear shift paddles.

The dials that are placed on the central console get the knurled finish. Carbon fibre comes as an optional package. There is also an 12.3-inch interactive driver display with digitally knurled virtual dials.

The production of the all-new Land Rover Range Rover Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition’s will be for one year only as it is a limited model.
