Laus Group wraps up Q1 with awards, new dealership
MANILA: The Laus Group of Companies ended the first quarter of 2023 with awards for outstanding customer care and services, as well as a new addition to its expanding network of car dealerships.

Geely La Union is the newest addition to Laus Group's dealership network.At the 2023 ANG Group Dealer Excellence Awards, Jeep Clark won the Dealer of the Year and the Outstanding Aftersales Dealer Operation Award for exceeding the standards set by ANG for parts target and target vehicle throughput. Jeep Clark was honored for its strong after-sales training operations, commitment to executing after-sales marketing plans, and prompt report submission.

Hyundai Baliwag, another LausGroup dealership, won first place in the Best in Service category at the 2022 Global Customer Experience Championship hosted by Hyundai Motor Corporation (HMC) in January. Participating sales consultants and service advisors were tasked to produce role-play videos simulating showroom test drives and handling complaint responses.
The competition was organized to remind Hyundai dealers of the “Hyundai Dealer Key Behavior,” also known as H.E.A.R.T., which stands for Host, Empathize, Anticipate, Respect, and Thank. Hyundai Baliwag competed against 13,590 teams from 85 countries.
According to Laus Group Chief Executive Officer Lisset Laus-Velasco, the company is committed to upholding a culture of excellence and professionalism in its daily transactions with customers.
“These wins are not just for Jeep Clark, Hyundai Baliwag, and Laus Group, but for the Philippine automotive dealer network. More than the recognition, these awards remind and inspire us to consistently strive to improve even more the way we do business through a more dynamic and personalized approach,” Laus-Velasco said.
Another milestone for Laus Group in the first quarter of 2023 is the inauguration of Geely La Union, the group's 80th dealership. Laus Group also handles the operation of Geely Bacolor in Pampanga.
Geely La Union is a 1,327 sqm facility with a showroom that can display four vehicles and a service shop that can accommodate five cars.
Laus-Velasco said that this newest addition to their dealership network in North and Central Luzon supports Laus Group's goal of giving the public, especially those living in rural areas, easy access to a wide range of car brands.
“The first quarter of the year has been a nice warm-up for us as we gear towards the further expansion of our quality and customer-oriented services in the region.” Laus-Velasco stated.
