Motolite extends reach of products and services through Res-Q mobile app

MANILA: Car battery brand Motolite continues to make its  products and services more easily available via the Motolite Res-Q mobile app.

The app was launched in 2018 with services available around Metro Manila. The expansion of the Res-Q app to other provincial regions is currently in the works. Presently, the app has around 135,000 downloads.

The Motolite Res-Q offers are various services for motorists including battery replacement, tire assistance, emergency refuel, and overheating assistance. The app also allows customers to schedule an appointment prior to their preferred time of the Res-Q service.

To book a Motolite Res-Q service, customers need to register their vehicle through the app and choose the service that they need. Once the details and location are confirmed, Motolite will immediately send a technician to perform the requested Res-Q service.

Motolite guarantees that all technicians are well-trained in battery service, flat tires, overheating, and refueling. If the vehicle is installed with a Motolite battery, the technician labor should be free of charge.

Motolite has been keeping up with technological advancements to assure that its people are providing the most efficient service to all their customers. In 1997, Motolite partnered with Oriental batteries to establish the brand’s call center operations. Motolite upgraded their customer service in 2008 when with the introduction of the  the Motolite ExpressHatid which operated 24/7 in Metro Manila and other major cities. The development of the Motolite Res-Q in 2018 is the brand’s most notable customer service milestone as it was considered as the first mobile app to extend different motoring services off and on the road.

The Motolite Res-Q app is available on Google Play and App Store.
