Nissan to launch all-new model at Auto Shanghai 2025

MANILA: Nissan shall unveil an all-new model at this year’s Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition (Auto Shanghai 2025).

Without giving detailed information about the soon-to-be-revealed offering, the Japanese automotive marque shared in a statement that the latest product will expand its lineup in China.

This, Nissan mentioned, reinforces the brand's commitment to providing a diverse range of new energy vehicles (NEV) in the world's largest automotive market.

The company also noted that the aforementioned EV will:

• Showcase Nissan's innovative achievements in accelerating the transformation to electric drive
• Further implement its commitment of "in China, for China, and to the world"
• Promote the beautiful vision of sustainable development of China's automobile industry

The new model will share the spotlight at the company’s booth with the all-electric Dongfeng Nissan N7 sedan, which will go on sale later this month.

Aside from that, Nissan shared that the event goers may also check out the Nissan Formula E GEN3 Evo race car that will compete in Rounds 10 and 11 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship there.

Auto Shanghai 2025 is scheduled to run from April 23-May 2 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center, Shanghai, China.
