On September 28 & 29, witness the first-ever "4x4 Expo Philippines"

MANILA: This coming weekend is going to be a treat too delicious for the 4x4 and off-road enthusiasts in the Philippines as we will witness the first-ever 4x4 Expo Philippines. The event that aims at giving a boost to off-roading among in the country will take place in Arcovia City, Pasig, and more than 30 exhibitors will arrive at the grand event to show off their customised 4x4 off-roaders, aftermarket accessories, and even outdoor lifestyle gear.

Another interesting element of the event will be its off-road course comprising of temporary dunes, dirt road, and even a water-wading moat that will be open for the newbies to hone their skills and learn bits and pieces of off-road driving.  Speaking of the brands that will mark their presence at the event include Isuzu, Jeep, Suzuki, Chevrolet, GAC Motors, Mitsubishi, Land Rover, Motul, Overland Kings, CTEK, Bilstein, PIAA, and many others as well. Moreover, Black Rhino and Nitto Tires are the event organisers.

"The expo will allow visitors the chance to drive off-road vehicles and even use their own vehicles in a basic off-road track,” says Sammy Liuson of Wheel Gallery, the exclusive and authorized distributors of Black Rhino wheels in the country. “This is our way of providing a boost to the ever-growing popularity of off-roading in the country", said Liuson.

In addition to the automakers and part suppliers, the likes of the Raptor Club, Terra Nation, Jeep Club, and Land Rover Club will also be present at the 4x4 Expo Philippines and will display their modified vehicles and give a pep talk to beginner off-road fanatics. The gates of the event will be open from 10 AM to 6 PM, and the entry to the exhibition is free.
