As of this writing, Tesla Philippines says that one can bring home the Model 3 Standard Rear-wheel-drive (RWD) trim for as low as P29,990 per month. Its suggested retail price, meanwhile, is set at P1.838 million.
The spacious Tesla Model Y, on the other hand, starts at P2.369 million with the Premium RWD variant.
Apart from being touted as relatively affordable for electric vehicles (EV), both the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y come with a free insurance package. Tesla owners also have access to the ever-growing Tesla Supercharger network in key destinations nationwide.

Tesla Model 3
As mentioned above, the most affordable trim of the Tesla Model 3 is the RWD trim. Propelling this sedan is an electric motor that can cover up to 534 kilometers (km). Tesla’s local arm also said the sedan has a top speed of 201 kilometers per hour (kph) and a zero to 100 kph time of just 6.2 seconds.
Notable amenities on the Tesla Model 3 include a 15.4-inch central display with a seven-speaker sound system and a voice assistant, leather upholstery, and specific modes for keeping pets comfortable and enhancing vehicle security.
The nameplate also has a suite of advanced driver-assist systems, such as automatic emergency braking and lane departure avoidance.
For those who need it, the Tesla Model 3 is compatible with the company’s “Self-Driving Capability package” for an additional P394,000.
Tesla Model Y
Those who need more practical interior space, meanwhile, may check out the Tesla Model Y. The most affordable version of the Model Y can cover up to 488 km from a single full charge. It has the same top speed as the Tesla Model 3 Standard RWD, with a 0-100 kph time of 5.9 seconds.
Inside, this model provides a five-seater layout equipped with leather upholstery and a 15.4-inch central touchscreen display.
