Toyota Motor PH extends TGR Philippines eSports GT Championship 2025 qualifiers

MANILA: The qualifying period for the Toyota Gazoo Racing (TGR) Philippines eSports GT Championship 2025 has been extended.

According to Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP), aspirants still have the chance to join the sim racing tournament as the aforementioned round is now up until September 28. This will determine the Top 40 e-drivers who will move to the quarterfinals at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay on October 11.

The semifinals and national finals will follow the next day on October 12.

Winners will get cash prizes, original GR merchandise, and an opportunity to take part in the Toyota Gazoo Racing Academy. Further, the Top 3 winners will represent the country’s colors at the TGR eSports GT Championship Asia Finals in Thailand set for November.

TMP is inviting interested participants to register using this online form and schedule their qualifiers. The full list of requirements can be found in the form.

Aside from that, players may do qualifiers online (if they have a PlayStation 4 or 5 with active PSN account and PS PLUS subscription, and a copy of Gran Turismo 7) or visit the following Toyota GR performance dealerships:

Further, TMP announced that it will also open slots for offline qualifiers at:

To recall, the renamed local e-motorsport racing series — then called the Toyota GR GT Cup —started its qualifiers last August 9 (season-ender of the GR Philippine Cup 2025).
