MANILA: A survey showed that Yamaha Motor Philippines (YMPH) offers one of the best customer services in the country.

Following the poll to determine the rankings for Philippines' Best Customer Service 2023, YMPH garnered an 8.86 rating under the motor vehicle retailer category.

The company was  followed by Toyota Motor Philippines with an 8.76 score.

Also, under the same list are Honda Motor World (8.61), Suzuki (8.07), and Mitsubishi Motors (7.96).

In a statement, YMPH shared that the assessment performed by Statista in partnership with Philippine Daily Inquirer involved 11,000 Filipino consumers who assessed a multitude of brands through making purchases, using services, or gathering information about goods or services over the past three years.

The survey's scope — YMPH noted — covered numerous categories under retailers and service providers. It also includes market share, turnover, and reputation.

“The likelihood of recommendation served as the basis for the final evaluation, which also included three other evaluation criteria: professional competence (quality of information received), communication (friendliness and politeness in email, phone, and in-person interactions), and accessibility (availability of customer help at the business or on the helpline),” YMPH noted.

The company expressed firm belief that the score showcases “Yamaha’s unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and their passion for providing excellent service.”
