Quick, classy and a great value
Got it in Nov 2025 (Top spec Titanium X) What I love: Sleeper! It's not just 150hp, more like 280+hp with the electric motor. Stoplight sprints surprises a lot of other cars. The secret is in the tranny (DHT), so it's tuned for acceleration, not economy. Likes: It's not a BYD and not a Toyota or a Suzuki Ertiga. You bought a Ford intentionally, not to because it's cheap or to play safe. People check it out in the mall parking. Lots of available parts from over the years (from gas-fed Territory). ADAS. Pano sunroof. Very light steering, makes for less fatigue both in city traffic and long drives. Lots of legroom both rows. Dislikes: It's not a plugin and it's not as fuel-thrifty as one would expect from an electrified vehicle (11.5km/L). Still better than my Fortuner. You buy the Territory Hybrid not because you want to cut fuel expenses in half but because you want to enjoy coding-free driving without looking the same as 9 other cars on the road and in the parking lot. Insider tip: Get it in Black. The emblems are blacked out and makes it very classy, looks more elevated then Cactus Green which is their feature color. For 1.6M (cheaper than the slouch MPV Toyota Zenix), this SUV is a gem of a deal.
