Chinese-made vehicles usually have a bad rap in some circles, but the Foton Toano is definitely worth considering if you're on the lookout for a big passenger van. Its sheer size gives it a unique presence on the road. Inside you get five rows of seating with a total capacity of around 15 passengers. All occupants get three-point seatbelts ensuring no compromises have been made for safety. Its drive quality is not car like but it is an easy minibus to hustle around. For a commercial vehicle, the mileage is decent. However, wind protection could have been better.
