a rugged MUV with genes of an SUV
While going for a compact UV, I was in a dilemma whether to go for the Mobilio or the BR-V. However, I decided to spend the extra premium and go for the BR-V for some obvious reasons. In my opinion, the rugged bits on the BR-V like side body cladding, roof rails and skid plates make it look more like an SUV rather than an MUV – an MUV on stilts, to be precise. The front fascia of the BR-V too looks more mature, however, I am not too fond of the way it looks from the rear. Having said that, the biggest reason why I preferred the BR-V over any other compact SUVs or crossovers is the two extra seats it offers. And contrary to the perception, the Honda BR-V, despite its compact size, has got ample amount of space for all the three rows, thus making it very impressive. However, I do wish that Honda takes a bit more effort to make the interior cabin of the BR-V a bit more special, as the dashboard and cabin styling feels a bit lacklustre for a car of this size and price.
