The all-electric Hongqi E-QM5 is the latest luxury mid-sized sedan to hit the Philippines market from the Chinese manufacturer. The car debuted locally in September 2023. The Hongqi E-QM5 is hauled by a 100kW motor that produces 134 PS/136 Nm and has a claimed mileage of 431 km on a single full recharge. The motor is connected to a 56kW lithium-ion battery. The cabin has four bucket seats wrapped in leather and separated by armrests. Aluminium, glossy black accents with carbon-fiber-effect enhance the cabin. The two-zone automatic climate control and a full-feature safety suit. Price of the E-QM5 starts at ₱1.78 million.
