It has been 12 months with the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N, and this journey has been a rollercoaster of frustration and excitement. On one hand, its performance has been exhilarating — the cornering precision and instant torque make every drive an extraordinary event. However, it’s baffling that essential features and over-the-air updates have been skipped by Hyundai while designing this car. The Hyundai Ioniq 5 N has lots of potential but feels like it’s a bit held back by corporate cost-cutting. Still, I enjoy driving this car on a daily basis, but it’s a beast on the road.
