This unit has been with me for 15 months. I brought it to Laoag, Vigan, Baguio, Batangas, plus daily commute to work. It is very powerful (dual-motor electric and petrol). It can overtake 3 buses in a row on provincial roads with little to no effort. Can your average Japanese car do that? It has a sunroof, something you won't find normally on a Japanese brand. It is very comfy with lots of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assist System). The interior is superb with mood lighting and a nice leather dashboard. At the 1.5M price point, nothing beats its features. What car will you compare? A Veloz, Avanza, Hyundai Stargazer, Expander? The engine alone does not compare to these cars. You're just buying a badge.

Comfort

Aircon vents at the back, spacious, quiet motor, no shifting, direct drive. Strong disc brakes.

Performance

Effortless Overtaking, powerful electric motor, can overtake 3 buses in line with incoming vehicles. Neck-breaking torque.

Safety

Anti-collision, Lane Keep Assist, Active Cruise Control, Auto Hold, Blind Spot Monitoring, Auto Light, Auto Wiper, Built-in dash cam.

Road Trip Experience

We are able to reach our provincial destination with minimal gasoline consumption, reduced travel time due to fast acceleration

Service Center

Only 3.5K expense on the first PMS. Very cheap versus Ford. After the 2nd PMS, it will now be an annual PMS since the engine does not struggle the way a regular ICE engine works..

Car Comparison

Toyota Cars are just Stereo and air conditioning. Nothing more.
