Visibility concerns and control issues

The Mazda 3 is an excellent economy car. I can’t stop praising its gas efficiency and comfort factor. However, its visibility is not that good. On each side of the windshield, the pillars are a bit wide. It also has some blind spots, and I'm not at all happy with the visibility. The touch screen/control panel is defective, making operating controls and ghost calls on its own. The power-down button is also not there. Sometimes when I make a phone call, it puts me on mute and doesn’t allow me to unmute. It is hard to adjust the infotainment system.
