Fun to drive and affordable

4/5 Very Good 191 views

In today's era sport coupes have become quite complex as weight and power are increasingly being added making them difficult to drive. However, the Toyota GR86 represents a welcome return to driving purity. With a strong engine, near-perfect handling balance, and a six-speed manual gearbox, the GR86 provides a compelling driving experience without adding unnecessary complexity. Its utility is remarkable for a sports car, and it offers excellent value. The GR86 remains an appealing option among enthusiasts seeking both affordability and fun.

  • Thrills despite its trade-offs

The Toyota GR86 is a sports car that asks for some compromises, and then wooes you with smiles per gallon. It is quick, nimble, lightweight still somehow affordable. It doesn’t have the Mustang GT’s horsepower bragging rights or a grand tourer’s creature comforts it still... Read More
