The BMW CE 04 offers a sweet spot for riders who are looking for a bike that is easy to bring and maneuverable like a scooter and, at the same time, can deliver a nice lively pull at high speeds. The CE 04 is a premium scooter that is very confident on twisties or sharp corners and is a breeze to ride on free-flowing city roads–plus, it is emission-free and environment-friendly. Although, I wish its saddle was thicker and had more cushion. Ultimately, this all-electric scooter is a very enjoyable and cost-efficient ride for your daily Metro Manila commute and/or personal leisure trips.
