I needed a reliable bike for long rides, and I had heard a lot about the capabilities of the Yamaha MT-03, so I decided to purchase it. Initially, I was very happy, but once I took it on long drives, its compact frame started feeling cramped for me after some time. I’m over six feet, and this bike in no way suits the needs of tall riders. The touring ability of the MT-03 depends on the rider’s expectations, comfort level, and body type. It’s not the perfect option for regular long-haul trips, but it works well with a few modifications as a budget-friendly urban commuter that can handle the 100+ mile ride occasionally.
