AP Cargo gets more Fuso Canter

MANILA: AP Cargo boosted its delivery capabilty in the Philippines after acquiring five Fuso Canter trucks.

Turning over the units to the shipping and logistics provider last March 3 was Sojitz Fuso Philippines’ (SFP) dealer in Tarlac — which is under the management of Christian General Motors Incorporated (CGMI).

Per SFP, the ceremonial handover of units marked another milestone in AP Cargo’s continued fleet expansion and "reflects the company’s commitment to bolstering its capabilities as it responds to the growing demands of its customers nationwide."

Aside from that it also highlights the longstanding partnership between the two firms in delivering reliable and efficient transport solutions across the country.

Currently, AP Cargo already has a total of more than 300 Fuso trucks in its fleet. The latest expansion helps ensure faster, more efficient logistics and more dependable deliveries across its growing network across the country.

Based on the Truck Manufacturers Association’s (TMA) records, SFP is the third best-selling truck marque locally last year. Its 1,461-example retail performance was led by the Canter light-duty trucks — rolling out 946 units for the full 12 months of 2025.
