Power-wise, the global version of the GAC Aion UT uses an electric motor paired with a 60-kilowatt-hour (kWh) battery. At maximum, this setup can produce up to 201 horsepower and provide up to 500 kilometers of range, according to the New European Driving Cycle.
For charging, the vehicle comes with a direct-current (DC) fast-charging port that is able to increase its state-of-charge from 30-80 percent in just 24 minutes. And like most EV nameplates in the market, the GAC-made EV was also fitted with regenerative braking and a vehicle-to-load feature.

Handling on-board entertainment and navigation for the upcoming EV crossover is a 14.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay. The driver, meanwhile, is provided with an 8.8-inch digital gauge cluster, as well as the following equipment:
