ACMobility to put up EV charging stations in Robinsons Land Properties

MANILA: More than 200 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations will be established in several Robinsons Land properties across the country starting this year.

Under the partnership, ACMobility is eyeing to install charge points in RLC residential buildings, offices, hotels, and estates—particularly in Metro Manila, nearby Tagaytay, as well as in Tuguegarao, Tarlac, Bicol, Palawan, Bacolod, Cebu, and Iloilo.
“Our partnership comes at such a pivotal time. There is clear intent among Filipinos to shift to EVs. This is why at ACMobility, we’re hard at work building the Philippine EV Spine. With more charging points available from Pagudpud in the north to Pagadian in the south, we will enable worry-free EV-powered drives,” ACMobility Chief Executive Officer Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala was quoted as saying.
Meanwhile, RLC President and CEO Mybelle Aragon-GoBio highlighted Robinsons Land’s objective of “creating developments that are ready for the future” and responsive to the needs of the communities they serve.
“Through GoCharge and our partnership with ACMobility, we are helping make sustainable mobility more practical and within reach while creating long-term value across our properties.”
As of last month, ACMobility had already built EV charging infrastructure in over 200 locations nationwide. Additionally, the firm recently improved the benefits for ChargePlus members.
Prior to this, ACMobility teamed up with Landers Superstore to open 11 hubs under a multi-year partnership.
