Bentley to unveil performance Continental GT, GTC models on Jun. 6

MANILA: Bentley will unveil a range of world-beating Grand Tourers on June 6. Following the recent launch of the “wellbeing behind the wheel” concept with the new Azure range, Bentley will show a new family of Continental GT and GTC models that are focused on driving performance and striking visual cues. 

The Bentley Continental GT family will arrive just in time for the nameplate's 70th anniversary. The teaser image Bentley has released only shows a glossy black wheel with a red brake caliper behind. 

Currently, the Continental GT Speed is among the powerful models in its range. It is powered by Bentley’s legendary six-liter twin-turbocharged W12 engine that generates 659ps and an astounding 900Nm of torque, allowing the two-door grand tourer to reach a top speed of 335kph and a zero-to-100kph sprint time of 3.6 seconds. 

To allow the Continental GT Speed balance dynamic handling and comfort, it uses Bentley Dynamic Ride and three-chamber active air suspension. 

As for the Azure range, it is available on all Bentley models, including the Bentayga, Bentayga EWB, Flying Spur, Continental GT, and Continental GT Convertible. Being more than a specification, Bentley said Azure models promise stress-relieving tactile and visual cues, as well as driver assistance technologies for smoother, safer trips.
