Foton heavy-duty trucks now available with finance facility

MANILA: In the Philippines, Foton has been a brand that has grown in leaps and bounds in recent times. While the major automobile manufacturers including some of the industry giants struggled after the implementation of TRAIN laws, Foton has been growing at a steady pace in the country.

The reports for 2018 clearly show that the brand has jumped from the 12th spot to the 9th in the best selling vehicle brands in the Philippines. Apart from doing great in sales, Foton has also been busy expanding its reach in the country. A recent example of which is the newest Foton dealership in Bacoor.

Under the spotlight today is the agreement that Foton Motor Philippines Inc. (FMPI) and BPI Family Savings Bank have signed. While the latter was already at Foton customers’ help providing finance solutions for Foton passenger vehicles and light-duty trucks, the bank will now also provide finance solutions for Foton heavy-duty trucks.

BPI-FB's financing program will cover the likes of EST tractor heads, ETX dump truck, EST tractor heads, and wing vans. At the event, Rommel Sytin, who is the FMPI president, said, “Our brand’s promise is to empower businesses. From this, our team does the best in providing notable services from pre-purchase, actual sale, and aftersales. This includes the worry-free experience of our clients in availing our products at the lowest price possible”.

The president also assured that not only will they offer light-on-pocket finance schemes but also make the application and approval process fast and hassle-free. “This agreement has been put together to allow our dear clients to have their vehicle funded in ways that best suits their circumstances. Our interest rates are fixed for the duration of the agreement you opt for,

allowing you to plan your finances moving forward with certainty,” said Dennis Fronda, first vice president of BPI Family Savings Bank. Sytin also mentioned that the finance solutions for the heavy-duty trucks will be a win-win situation for both the customers who are looking for heavy machines with light pocket and the brand who aims at climbing the ladder of best-selling automobile manufacturers in the country.
