Free emergency roadside assistance cover extended by Ford

MANILA: From announcing recalls to offering heavy discounts, making police vehicles, winning pickup awards, and whatnot, Ford has been restless from quite some time now. While the blue oval brand has dedicated teams and operation handlers for various markets, the American automaker in the Philippines, in particular, has also been more active than the most. Another testament of the same is that Ford is staying committed to improving the ownership experience of its vehicle for the Filipinos.

With that said, every Ford vehicle sold in January 2020 and beyond will come with free 3-year coverage of emergency roadside assistance instead of the previous one year package. "This initiative is another step closer to improving the Ford ownership experience for our customers. Starting today, all Ford customers getting their vehicles will enjoy free 3 years of emergency roadside assistance that will give them the peace of mind and confidence that support will be provided by Ford anytime, anywhere", said Ford Customer Service Division director Joyce Laxamana.

With the emergency roadside assistance, Ford customers are entitled to 24x7 free assistance in attaining towing services, on-site repairs, evacuation of vehicles, and helping the customer in arranging or paying for a taxi service. Entitled customers can use these services for up to three times in a year. The minor on-site repairs include battery boosting, jumpstarting, changing of tyres, towing services, and making fuel available if and when needed.
