Honda Cars PH strengthens aftersales with insurance conference

MANILA: Honda Cars Philippines Incorporated (HCPI) has actively made steps to improve its aftersales services through the company’s second-ever Honda Cars Insurance Conference. The said activity was attended by HCPI’s insurance and dealer partners located in Visayas and Mindanao. 

As shared by Honda’s local arm, the insurance companies present at the event included the following:

• Oona Insural
• Philippine British
• Alpha Insurance
• BPI MS Insurance
• Sterling Insurance
• Cocogen
• Commonwealth
• FPG
• Pacific Union
• Pioneer
• Prudential 
• Standard
• Mercantile
• Western Guaranty
• Paramount

According to HCPI, the said activity served as a way to “bridge the gap between its insurance partners and dealers.” 

Through the conference, HCPI’s insurance partners and its dealerships will have improved their collaborative efforts when it comes to providing clients HCPI’s “Body and Paint Repair” services, which the company has already integrated with its recently introduced E-Checksheet Mobile Service Tablet. 

The said conference is likewise touted to encourage faster communication and transparency between Honda dealerships and insurance providers. 

Other recent developments from HCPI mostly pertain to road safety. One is its appearance at the recent launch of Tamang Ride Philippines - an initiative organized by A Child’s Trust is Ours To Nurture, a non-government organization. The company also held the One Honda Road Safety seminar a month ago.
