MIAS 2026: Deepal publicly unveils lineup

MANILA: Deepal has publicly revealed its lineup at the ongoing Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) 2026 — just days after it conducted its industry preview.

Within the halls of the World Trade Center, the newly-introduced marque — which expanded the Autohub Group of Companies’ portfolio — highlighted its initial range of products made up of two nameplates that offers varying powertrains.

The lineup is made up of the Deepal S05 (in battery electric [BEV> and range extended electric vehicle [REEV> options) as well as the G318 REEV.

Deepal Philippines considers the introduction of the aforementioned models a part of its “value-driven strategy” by making advanced electrified mobility more accessible while signaling Deepal’s intent to be a major player in the market.

Here are the Deepal Philippines model lineup and their respective price tags:

S05	BEV: P1.588 million REEV: P1.688 million
G318	REEV: P2.6 million

Aside from the three, the Deepal S07 was also previewed — reinforcing the Chinese marque’s product roadmap and commitment to expanding its EV portfolio in the country.

In his speech, Autohub Group President Willy Tee Ten (who was recently appointed as the new chief of the Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines) emphasized the urgency of electrification.

“With high fuel prices, the right time to shift to electric vehicles is now,” he mentioned, as he reconfirmed that the Autohub Group is the exclusive distributor of Deepal in the Philippines.

Joining Tee Ten are Changan Auto Southeast Asia executives namely:

• Guan Xin (Vice President)
• Leslie Wu (Vice Director)
• Joel Villarin (Country Deputy Chief)

Meanwhile, Deepal Philippines General Manager Mark Garbriel bared that the brand looks at ensuring partner success and sustainable operations.

“Deepal is committed to supporting our business partners and future dealers. We will ensure a strong foundation that helps make dealership operations profitable and sustainable in the long run.”

The full lineup can now be seen at its booth until April 12.
