Mitsubishi sells 280K units worldwide from Jan.-Oct. 2023
MANILA: Mitsubishi Motors Corporation revealed that it has sold a total of 280,314 vehicles globally in the first 10 months of 2023.

In October alone, Mitsubishi sold a total of 9,306 vehicles in Japan.Per the Japanese automobile brand, it handed over 85,729 cars to its customers in Japan while it was able to export a total of 194,585 units to its clients overseas.
Compared to last year’s results, the said numbers reflected a 111.8-percent increase in its domestic sales while it meant that Mitsubishi’s overseas exports jumped by 109.7 percent.
In October alone, Mitsubishi sold a total of 9,306 vehicles in Japan while it exported a total of 23,163 units overseas.
When it comes to how these numbers reflect the carmaker’s progress, it showed a 151-percent increase in its local sales while its exports ballooned by 116.6 percent.
Its export markets include Asia, North America, and Europe.
No mention of what models were among the brand’s best-sellers. But here in the Philippines, Mitsubishi’s roster includes the Mirage and Mirage G4, the Xpander and Xpander Cross, the Montero Sport, the Strada, the Outlander PHEV (plug-in hybrid electric vehicle), and the ever-popular workhorse, the L300.
Further, Mitsubishi’s local arm will soon introduce the Triton pickup truck in the country.
