The speed of exclusivity: Fancy living at this luxe location overlooking a track?

MANILA: In preparation for the launch of the members-only driving club, The Magarigawa Club, in spring 2023, Cornes & Company Ltd. has announced the first sales of accommodation facilities alongside the Japanese track. The first round of bidding took place last April 22, and all five units were sold out.

Owner's Paddock is a villa-style accommodation that provides independence and privacy while still providing direct access to the clubhouse building's hot spring baths, spa amenities, restaurant, bar area, and fitness and training rooms. The property includes its own garage and a balcony with views of the racetrack below. After a long day of traveling, the secluded space takes use of the sloping terrain and blends in with the surroundings, allowing owners to enjoy pleasant and relaxing moments with family and friends.

Other features include spacious living room and terrace, concierge service, property management service, housekeeping service, and hotel service.

Four more units will be sold before the opening.

Memberships for the first half of 2022 are now on sale for ¥29.9 million. Fifty memberships are being offered until the end of June.
