Toyota Motor PH opens 1st standalone service center in CALABARZON

MANILA: Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) opened its first standalone service center in the Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon (CALABARZON) region.

Dubbed Toyota Los Baños Service Center, the newly-opened facility looks to strengthen the brand’s aftersales network and enhance access to reliable vehicle care for customers.

It also reflects TMP’s continued commitment to supporting mobility needs through dependable service, convenience, and community presence.

“Today, we mark Toyota Los Baños Service Center as the first Service Center in Laguna, and the ninth Service Center in the Toyota network nationwide,” TMP President Masando Hashimoto was quoted as saying.

“As we inaugurate this facility today, may it stand as a symbol of continued partnership, a contribution to the local Los Banos community, where every customer journey begins and ends with trust,” he added.

Notable amenities

Toyota Los Baños Service Center has a total floor area of 6,000 square meters that is built to support a growing customer base through efficient and accessible service.

On that note, it is equipped with 68 car bays, comprising 25 productive bays and 43 holding bays — for streamlined service flow and reduced waiting times.

Further, the center also features a display area for two vehicles and offers a full range of aftersales services, including express maintenance, periodic maintenance, general services, as well as body and paint services.

With its modern facilities, expanded capacity, and comprehensive service offerings, the new Toyota Service Center strengthens the brand’s nationwide service network and supports the everyday mobility needs of customers in Laguna.

“The Toyota Los Baños Service Center is more than just a facility — it is our commitment to help the municipality move closer to its development goals by providing reliable mobility solutions, expert vehicle care, and customer-focused after-sales support,” Toyota Calamba Chairman Egmidio Jose noted.

“When we broke ground in October 2024, we envisioned a world-class facility that would serve as both a home away from home for our team and a welcoming space for customers to experience the full meaning of owning a Toyota. Today, that vision has become reality,” he concluded.
