VinFast updates Marikina dealership

MANILA: VinFast Philippines has updated its Marikina showroom by turning it into a 3S (sales, service, spare parts) dealership.

First opened in May 2026, the establishment—operated by Xentro Motors OPC—is a 500-square-meter facility that expands electric vehicle (EV) ownership support in Eastern Metro Manila. 

Situated at 8 Mayor Gil Fernando Avenue, Sto. Niño, Marikina City, VinFast Marikina offers the brand’s entire lineup and three specialized working bays—including a vehicle lifter. The expansion of its full-service centers comes as VinFast’s overall dealership network reaches 36 locations nationwide. More dealership openings are planned across key areas in the country in the coming months, especially in Fairview, Cagayan de Oro, Pasay City, Batangas City, and Kawit, Cavite.

Showroom features 

In a statement, the Haiphong-headquartered marque’s local arm mentioned that the upgrade to the dealership allows customers in Marikina and Eastern Metro Manila to “enjoy a seamless, hassle-free ownership experience long after the initial vehicle purchase.”

The VinFast Marikina showroom houses a comprehensive inventory of original spare parts—including preventive maintenance service components, general mechanical and suspension parts, collision body panels, and essential fluids such as coolants and brake fluids. 

Furthermore, the dealership is equipped with two wall chargers inside the facility and six charging stations outside, for a total of eight EV charging units.

Supported by parent company XRC Mall Developer Incorporated, Xentro Motors OPC is owned by Alexander Cruz. The company operates within a broader network with a strong presence across North and South Luzon.

“With the opening of our Marikina showroom, we are proud to bring VinFast’s premier full-service experience closer to motorists in Eastern Metro Manila. This reflects our commitment to making electric mobility more accessible while giving every VinFast owner the confidence that reliable support is always nearby,” VinFast Philippines Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rhomel Franco was quoted as saying.

“As our presence across the Philippines expands, we remain committed to investing in dealerships like this to better serve more customers and strengthen our growing community,” he added. 

For his part, Xentro Motors OPC CEO Noel Ignacio said that putting up a VinFast dealership in Marikina was aimed at meeting the needs of customers in the area.

“Marikina has long desired a complete automotive destination for EV owners, and that’s exactly what this full-service facility intends to deliver. With specialized EV servicing, advanced repair capabilities, and a comprehensive parts warehouse all under one roof, motorists in Eastern Metro Manila now have a convenient, one-stop option for exploring ownership of a VinFast vehicle. We are thrilled to be part of this next step in making sustainable mobility more accessible in the Philippines.”

VinFast Marikina is open to customers seven days a week, with the showroom operating from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The service center is open from Monday to Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
