MANILA: It seems like a big plan, pages of which are now slowly opening. People around the world were still under the Volkswagen shock before they were struck with another thunderstorm. Yes, people the dodge system used by VW is also found resting in Audi and Skoda, both of which are owned by VW. So, it comes as an obvious fact that the parent company has shared its ill plans with its ultra hi-fi children's, coz money making is all that matters.

An Audi spokesman on Monday confirmed that about 2.1 million cars are fitted with the software that is at the center of the Volkswagen AG emission scandal. As for bifurcation, 1.42 million cars were sold in Europe, around 13,000 were sold in U.S and Canada, and 577,000 vehicles in Germany. Mr. Jürgen De Graeve, Audi Spokesman also said that none of the malfunction vehicles was sold in China or Japan. Models armed with 'defeat device' include the TDI versions of the A1, A3, A5, A6, TT, Q3 and Q5.

Skoda, on the other hand, admitted that as many as 1.2 million of its cars fall under this category. Moving on, the Spanish brand Seat said some of its models are also equipped with the said con software. Though, the carmaker didn't provide any information regarding numbers and models.

Volkswagen currently owns twelve cars, trucks and motorcycle brands and car enthusiast all around the world are expecting to see no more ugly pages from the world biggest auto brand. To fix all its wrong doings, German Government has given the VW group an Oct 7 deadline, before which they have to present a fixing plan.

Brands like Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, and Porsche will also go for examination to see if they too bleach the set emission standards. We informed you earlier about the plummeting stock prices of VW, and with this latest outburst, it is expected to see more lows in the near future.
