  • About TVS Philippines

An Indian motorcycle brand with one of the greatest fan following in its country, the TVS Motor Company is based in Chennai. With its establishment, rated to be as early as the year 1962, the brand was a brainchild of  Sundaram Clayton in collaboration with Clayton Dewandre Holdings, United Kingdom.

The brand enjoyed its own share of humble beginnings when it started off as a company that would manufacture automotive parts. The list of offering by the brand included exhausts, brakes, and compressors. Moving forward to the year 1980, TVS 50 was introduced to the Indian market. The moped happened to change the course of two-wheeler automobiles in India.

The moped rolled out its Hosur factory located at Tamil Nadu, Southern India. It was the year 1984 when the commercial production of motorcycles began. TVS Motor Company is the third-largest 2-wheeler company in India with a revenue of over US$2.9 billion. The brand enjoys its royalties for being the highest exported bike in the country as well.

Its entry to the Philippines began when its first batch of motorcycles landed the market in 2016 through a soft launch. On August 15, 2018, the brand unveiled TVS products, lead by KN Radhakrishnan. TVS Motor Company Philippine current lineup portfolio comprises of the Neo XR 125, Dazz 110, 125 Semi Trail, Apache RTR 180, Apache 200 RTR Fi, Max 4R 125, and many more.

    • Strong mid-range pull, wide seat

I stay 20 km outside the city, so usually my rides include both busy junctions and open roads. The TVS Neo NX is able to handle both scenarios effortlessly. It comes with a strong mid-range pull that makes it very easy to overtake, and the well-tuned suspension cushions rough patches. For long rides, the seat is wide enough, and the

    • Friendly ergonomics, refined throttle response

The TVS Apache RR 310 looks like a supersport, but in reality, its ergonomics are friendly. On this two-wheeler, I don’t feel crouched down, but I sit upright as I would on a proper sportbike. It still feels very familiar, comfortable, and almost perfect for those who want to make an upgrade from a smaller machine. It comes with a

    • The most mobile, fuel efficient, practical, utilitarian of the ages.

Facilitated my business with ease, mobility and practicality. I was into food business in the province of Cavite. Food packs were being sold to side walk vendors. TVS XL100 had a good space and load capacity because of ample space in front and the convertible back seat into a cargo space. It easily get into traffic due to its size
