MANILA: A total of 17 automotive marques will showcase the latest industry trends and innovations at the upcoming Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS).

Surprisingly, the respective local distributors of Ford, Hyundai, and Mazda were not included in the list of participants.
Set to the event’s largest and most dynamic edition yet, the 10th PIMS will feature more than 150 vehicles—with half of them being electrified offerings.
In a statement, the organization mentioned that the milestone edition—which banners the theme “Forward in Every Drive”—signals the industry’s unified vision for the future of automotive.
They also expressed firm belief that the program reflects the “collaborative industry approach to addressing evolving mobility demands, with a focus on delivering solutions that are relevant, efficient, and innovative.”
Per CAMPI President Jose Maria Atienza, the event “underscores CAMPI’s aim in fostering a vibrant and competitive auto industry.”
“One that is always moving ahead as a primary mobility provider to the Filipino motorists, and constantly evolving with appropriate technologies and solutions to address changing customer needs,” he explained.
Further, the group chief noted the motor show’s relevance as the country confronts challenges related to the ongoing fuel crisis. “CAMPI member brands will present various choices and options, knowing full well that there is no single solution to the problems we face today and those that we will surely encounter from here on,” he said.
During the press conference, CAMPI Vice President Atty. Rhys Alexei Murillo mentioned that the group is looking at attracting 50,000 foot traffic over all four days of the event—higher than what the event’s 9th edition had in 2024.
