2016 Volvo V6 Cross Country Launched In The Philippines – Priced At PhP 3,595,000

MANILA: Volvo Philippines has finally launched the 2016 Volvo V60 Cross Country in the Philippines after keeping the customers waiting for almost 2 years. The car initially made its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show 2014 and since then this was among the most awaited cars. Well, the Swedish automaker took its time but we must say that the wait was worth it. This new Volvo drive has got all that for which Volvo is known – count on its sportiness, safety, styling, comfort and driving experience and you will find this drive serving the needs of the premium auto market with its parent's Swedish heritage.

Volvo is experimenting a lot with its fleet to match with the expectations of the customers. Recently, it packed the V90 and S60 drives with R-Design Sports package. Let's have a close look at the new arrival in the Philippines automotive market -

Rugged Design

Volvo is well known for its classy and elegant styling but this time, the brand has shifted its gear and offered a rugged looking drive to its customers. Built for customers who love adventure and nature, the 2016 V60 Cross Country has an aggressive front profile which is well highlighted by Volvo's signature Cross Country honeycomb radiator grille. Right below this grille, there is a rugged-looking skid plate for the protection of the underbody while driving on rough terrains. Drive Force

Under its striking hood, the new Volvo V60 Cross Country houses a 2.0-litre turbodiesel power-unit. This D4 Drive-E powertrain knocks out 190 PS of power at 4250 rpm and 400 Nm of torque between 1750 and 2500 rpm. This engine is mated with 8-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters on steering.
