Chery Auto PH conducts first-ever 'Skills Olympics'

MANILA: Aimed to guarantee unparalleled aftersales service to customers, Chery Auto Philippines (CAP) held its first-ever Skills Olympics for service technicians and spare parts representatives around the country.

In a statement, the company said that the program’s goal is to raise the expertise of its aftersales service technicians and spare parts representatives by promoting the brand’s "Fix it Right the First Time" program. Aside from that, CAP eyes to highlight the importance of customer satisfaction in dealerships.

“Through this competition, dealerships are motivated to continue to engage in activities that will not only further hone their skills but also train them to be globally competitive,” CAP noted.

Additionally, the initiative is also expected to boost the participants' morale to be able to “create a lasting impact on the aftersales team’s dedication and loyalty to the brand” as well as foster a spirit of healthy competition.
