MANILA: Chevrolet Philippines has subjected the recently launched Captiva multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) to a 100,000-kilometer (km) test.

Per the Chevrolet Philippines boss, the MPV ran up to 100,000 km in approximately four months. In the course of the said test, the Captiva clocked in at 16 kilometers per liter (kpl) and did not require any major parts replacement.
“We have one unit, which recently went to a punishing 100,000-km endurance test for less than four months and came out in perfect condition. No major parts were replaced and delivered impressive fuel efficiency at 16 kpl,” Perez-Agudo said.
