Ford Showcases 2017 Facelifted Fusion at NAIAS 2016

MANILA: American car maker Ford has introduced its 2017 Ford Fusion facelift at the 2016 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). With an aim to target the maximum audience, the company has introduced modern technologies for the much awaited sedan. Further, this model will make its availability in the global market by 2017, however, the company has not released any information about the price. In addition, the company has a number of products in its bucket that will come somewhere in the future.

Everything is pretty good about the new sedan, whether it is a motor or technologies or build quality. Detailing the new machine, its interior and exterior have been taken full care to give an outstanding look. The new facelifted model will be rivaling directly with the key market players which are doing good in the market from their very beginning. It will come in the market to fall against the 2016 Toyota Avalon, 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport and 2016 Chrysler.

The extra flavours have been added in the facelifted version to woo the sports car enthusiasts. The front fascia looks very impressive as it features swept back headlights, black coated grill that looks very similar to the Aston Martin, daytime running lights and air-intakes. Further, the creases on the bonnet add more beauty in its appealing. The eye-catching look also features a dynamic rear profile, having chrome treatment, LED brake lights, and twin exhausts.

The vehicle breathes through a 2.7-litre EcoBoost V6 motor that will reward it with its robust performance. The EcoBoost motor is said to procreate a 325 BHP of power and makes 350 lb-ft of torque, which is taken care by six-speed automatic transmission.

Apart from this, Google has recently tied up with Ford Motor Company in order to develop a self-driven car. Both the firms will take a long time to land this project for the public or road. On the other side, Ford Everest and Ford Mustang are making their way to the Indian shores to lure the maximum followers at the 2016 Auto Expo that is going to be held from February 5 to February 9, 2016 in Greater Noida, India.
