GWM ranks third in Thai customer experience study

MANILA: Great Wall Motors has been ranked among the top three car brands out of 12 others in the 2025 Thailand Automotive Service Customer Experience Index (Service CXI). 

The aforementioned study was conducted by Differential - a market research and consulting firm. Results from the study were derived from data collected in 2024, which showed GWM gaining a customer satisfaction score of 895 out of 1,000. 

According to Differential, the study gathered feedback from GWM owners in the Land of Smiles, focusing mainly on the following criteria: 

• Service quality
• Pricing and value
• Personnel and facilities
• Communication and transparency
• Convenience and accessibility

As such, GWM’s relatively high ranking in the study demonstrates its forward momentum in upping the quality of clients’ overall after-sales experience.

“The After-sales Service Satisfaction Index reflects real user feedback. Ranking 3rd in the 2025 CXI among 12 major brands is both a recognition of our past efforts and a direction for future improvements. GWM remains committed to enhancing after-sales service and meeting customer expectations as a top priority,” GWM Thailand Vice President Vudhigorn Suriyachantananont said. 

In the Philippine market, GWM is currently working to strengthen its network and thus increase its presence in the country. As previously shared by GWM Philippines Brand Head and Marketing Director Dax Avenido with Zigwheels, the brand will establish three new dealerships in various locations within the year.

Additionally, GWM Philippines has recently improved its local lineup with the launch of the updated Cannon at the 2025 Manila International Auto Show. It likewise previewed the upcoming Haval H9 at the previously concluded event.
