Hyundai gives PH-spec Creta a makeover

MANILA: Following its launch in 2024, Hyundai has formally unveiled the latest iteration of the Creta in the Philippines.

Now offered with an N-Line option, the crossover’s newest version features a more modern look that highlights Hyundai's “Sensuous Sportiness” design language.

Here’s what customers can get with the new Hyundai Creta.

Vehicle specifications

The new Hyundai Creta tapes in at:

Overall dimensions (length, width, height; in millimeters [mm>)	4,330 x 1,790 x 1,635
Wheelbase (in mm)	2,610

Its updated look is made up of:

• Black chrome Parametric Jewel Grille
• Signature LED position lamps
• 17-18-inch alloy wheels
• New sequential turn Indicators
• Revamped rear fascia with “H”-theme rear combination lamps

Inside, the new Hyundai Creta boasts a bigger all-digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch infotainment equipped with wireless Apple Carplay, Android Auto, and built-in Waze navigation.

Aside from that, the vehicle offers ventilated front seats, and a luggage space that can grow from 433 liters all the way to 1,401 liters (when rear seats are folded flat).

The new Creta comes with an upgraded Hyundai SmartSense that includes various assistive systems such as:

• Smart Cruise Control with Stop and Go
• Forward Collision Avoidance Assist
• Lane Following Assist
• Lane Keeping Assist
•  Blind Spot Collision Avoidance Assist
• Blind Spot View Monitor
• Reverse Parking Distance Warning
• Surround View Monitor

Depending on the trim, the vehicle can be had in one of the powertrain options: naturally aspirated or turbocharged 1.5-liter gasoline-fed engines that have the following churns:

The said engines are either fitted with either a seven-speed dual clutch or the intelligent variable transmission.

Guaranteeing the vehicle’s stopping power are its disc brakes on all four wheels.

Creta N Line distinguishing marks

The new Hyundai Creta also has a special product as it comes with an N Line option — further expanding the brand’s motorsport-bred offerings.

Providing accent to the new Hyundai Creta N Line are the exclusive badges and accents the complement the following:

• Distinct bumper design
• Dual exhaust tips
• 18-inch alloys wheels
• New rear spoiler

Its cabin has a three-spoke steering wheel with paddle shifters, Drive and Traction Control, red ambient mood lamp, and red interior accents.

Variants, pricing

Available in Creamy White Pearl, Midnight Black, Magnetic Silver, Slate Blue Pearl (for normally-aspirated options) as well as in Shadow Gray and Dragon Red (N Line variations), the new Hyundai Creta trims carry the following price tags:
