Hyundai nameplates to appear in K-drama adaptation

MANILA: Hyundai Motor Philippines (HMPH) announced that various nameplates from the South Korean brand will appear in the Philippine adaptation of the K-drama “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim.”

Per the local wing of the carmaker, the list of Hyundai models to grace the television show will include the recently launched Santa Fe, alongside other sport utility vehicles like the Palisade, Tucson, and Creta.

In addition, the brand’s multi-purpose vehicle family — comprised of the Hyundai Custin, Staria, and Stargazer will also make appearances.

Further, Hyundai’s award-winning pair of electric vehicles (the Ioniq 5 and 6) can also be expected to be featured in the show.

Lastly, heritage nameplates such as the Hyundai Accent, Reina, and Starex, will also be present in the series.

To note, Chiu and Avelino are among the newest brand ambassadors for HMPH. They are joined by two other celebrities, namely Piolo Pascual and Sarah Geronimo-Guidicelli.
