Isuzu Valenzuela now open

MANILA: Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has boosted its reach in the Metro Manila area after inaugurating its latest dealership in the region's northern portion.

Last June 20, the company formally opened the Isuzu Valenzuela to further accommodate more customers in the city and nearby areas and attend to their respective needs.

Established in partnership with long-time dealer partner Industrial and Transport Equipment, Incorporation (INTECO), the newly-inaugurated facility continues to be part of the brand’s “Road to 50” initiative aimed at expanding its reach nationwide.

IPC Executive Vice President Yasuhiko Oyama expressed pride over the newest addition to the marque’s dealer-network in the country.

“Strategically located here in the ‘Northern Gateway’ of Metro Manila, Isuzu Valenzuela is set to play a key role in expanding our reach and serving more customers in this vibrant part of NCR,” Oyama said.

“Isuzu Valenzuela aims to deliver seamless and elevated customer experience from our Sales to Aftersales operations – from its spacious showroom and customer lounge to our well-lit and well-ventilated service shop, this new dealership design has our customers on top of our mind,” he added.

 

Dealership details

Located along MacArthur Highway (just a few meters away from the boundary of Valenzuela and Meycauayan), Isuzu Valenzuela’s 1,955-square-meter floor area establishment is made up of:

• 140-square-meter showroom that can display up to three light commercial vehicles and one commercial vehicle
• 950-square-meter service area with nine service bays—four for light commercial vehicles and five for trucks

Per IPC, the new Isuzu Valenzuela is INTECO Group’s seventh dealership around the country since it forged an alliance with the Japanese vehicle manufacturer. Its first branch for Isuzu was put up in Epifanio delos Santos Avenue in the 1960s.

“With this new Valenzuela location, we are excited to showcase to the Valenzuela market why INTECO is ‘The Dealer That Knows Isuzu Best’ and continue to deliver outstanding customer service to our growing network.”

Aside from opening Isuzu Valenzuela, the firm also updated its dealerships located at

• Quezon Avenue
• Pampanga
• Dagupan
• Urdaneta
• Baguio
• EDSA Balintawak

“Through these efforts, Isuzu and INTECO continuously showcase their commitment to optimizing customer experience, delivering the Isuzu Advantage of excellent aftersales to the Valenzuela market and beyond,” IPC noted.

Apart from Oyama and Jarina, Isuzu Valenzuela’s grand opening was graced by Valenzuela Mayor Weslie Gatchalian.

For his part, the city mayor congratulated IPC and INTECO for the latest milestone and vowed to support local businesses and job-generation in Valenzuela.
