Kia PH inaugurates Cainta showroom

MANILA: Kia Philippines has recently inaugurated its newest dealership in Cainta, Rizal. Kia Cainta is under the management of Argani Motors Inc., led by Alice and Louie Lee.

To ensure the safety of its customers, Kia Cainta conducts frequent sanitation of its premises and the vehicles, and makes sure that all staffers are practicing proper hygiene. Kia also previously launched an online remote diagnostics system that allows car owners to have their units diagnosed virtually.

Aside from its dealership network expansion, Kia also takes pride in its outstanding sales performance. In a statement, Kia Philippines President Manny Aligada said, “The Soluto held steady at the top with 39% of its total sales, followed by the K2500 with 17%. Despite being launched only in the last quarter of 2020, the Stonic achieved 200 units in sales in December alone en route to cornering 16% volume of total deliveries. Likewise, the Seltos, Sportage, Picanto, Sorento, and Carnival also contributed to total sales.”

For 2021, Aligada projects that the brand’s sales figures will hit not just double, but triple digits. To attain this goal, Kia has increased its inventory of parts and vehicles by five times. The company has also taken advantage of the lull caused by the pandemic to increase the skills training and certification of its dealers.

“These new challenges will always be there, but Kia Philippines will remain resilient and strong-willed. After all, our 'power to surprise' springs from our drive to serve,” Aligada stated.

Kia presently has a total of 41 dealerships in the Philippines. The company is planning to open five more dealerships in the Visayas and Mindanao regions this year.
